John brings decades of experience in various aspects and areas of client relations. Originally from Boston, MA, after serving with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, to include overseas as a peacekeeper and paratrooper, John decided to make Florida his home since 1988. In more then thirty five years of client relations, both international and domestic, including private and public sectors, he is experienced in negotiations and contracts in commercial business and residental associations. In addition to coordinating, cultivating and communicating with developers, contractors and construction crew, from concept to completion, he is disciplined in logistics and the constant evolution of transactional agreements. Having been on both sides of the table, experiencing first hand the hurdles and issues that can come with the journey, he wants to provide you an ease of transition to meet your needs on your road to living your dream. John is focused on best practices to get you the best deal possible and enhance positions of, and outcomes for, clients, treating your deal as if it were his own, in an efficient and timely manner.
